Een weekend waarin je van de Noorse fjorden via Italië naar Detroit kunt gaan. Je zou zeggen dat daar nooit een fatsoenlijke sound uit kan komen, maar daar word je toch verrast. Zaterdag en zondag klinkt er zeer verschillende muziek in De Amer, maar beide concerten zijn meer dan de moeite waard.

De playlist is voor de luisteraar, naast het lezen van Bluesmagazine en andere Blues websites, een manier om nieuwe artiesten en hun muziek te leren kennen. De blues leeft dat kun je wel zeggen met veel blues artiesten in het land en drie festivals dit afgelopen weekend (Engel Blues, Ramblin Roots en Concert for dreams).
