Uttica, NY native Matt Lomeo received his first harmonica at 9. He soon began singing and playing in bands with his older brother Adam on guitar, and in 1999 became the youngest artist ever invited to perform at a Woodstock Festival at the age of 10. Early encounters with road warriors Little Charlie & The Nightcats and harp virtuoso Sugar Blue encouraged the brothers, and they continued to perform through Matt’s teen and college years. After moving to Memphis and earning a house gig at Club Handy on world-famous Beale Street, Matt’s showmanship quickly developed, and diverse tourism-driven sets brought new influences.

Mississippi-born, Memphis-raised, Grammy Award-winning music legend Charlie Musselwhite will release Mississippi Son, his new Alligator Records CD and LP, on Friday, June 3.

Musselwhite is renowned worldwide as a master harmonica player, a seasoned, truth-telling vocalist and an original songwriter rooted deep within the blues tradition. As many of his fans know, he’s also a country blues guitarist of great depth, warmth and subtlety. On each of Mississippi Son’s 14 songs, including eight powerfully stark originals, Musselwhite’s straight-from-the-soul vocals and deep blues harmonica playing are the perfect foil to his deceptively simple, hypnotic guitar work, which he features on every track. Mississippi Son's first single, the autobiographical original Blues Gave Me A Ride, will be released on Friday, May 6.

Hans van Lier is een zeer ervaren blueszanger en –gitarist, (geboren in Groningen, Nederland 1961). Zijn solo's zijn vaak lyrisch, maar hij kan ook echt stormen. Dit gebeurt altijd met grote melodische zin. Hij beheerst verschillende stijlen en is niet bang voor rock ’n roll maar vooral de Blues.  Tot aan 2016 toe was het Hans van Lier & the Sidekicks maar onder tussen zijn de sidekicks waarwel gedaan en gewoon de Hans Van Lier(Band).
