Met nog een paar weken te gaan is de 33e editie van de Rhythm & Blues Night eindelijk in zicht. Op zaterdag 3 mei verandert De Oosterpoort opnieuw in een rhythm-’n-blueswalhalla, met topacts uit de internationale blues, roots en rhythm-’n-blues samen onder één dak. De goedgevulde line-up bestaat onder andere uit Laurence Jones, Tommy Castro & The Painkillers, Robert Jon & The Wreck, Blind Boys of Alabama en Fantastic Negrito.

Met Blind Boys of Alabama, Fantastic Negrito, Michelle David & The True-Tones, Miranda & The Beat, Marlon Pichel, Quinn Sullivan, The Zac Schulze Gang, Jeremie Albino, Five Dollar Shake, Dan Owen en de eerder bevestigde namen is de line-up voor zaterdag 3 mei compleet............

De 33^e editie van de Rhythm & Blues Night vindt plaats op zaterdag 3 mei in Groningen en de eerste namen die hun opwachting gaan maken in De Oosterpoort zijn inmiddels bekend! Zo staan smaakmakers Laurence Jones, Tommy Castro & The Painkillers en Robert Jon & The Wreck op het festival dat elk jaar toonaangevende acts uit de internationale blues-, roots- en rhythm-and-blues-wereld samenbrengt.

In Groningen kunnen liefhebbers hierdoor genieten van het beste wat het genre te bieden heeft en dat allemaal onder één dak. Ook Curtis Salgado, GA-20, Rob Heron & The Tea Pad Orchestra, Les Greene & The Swayzees, PM Warson, Jo Harman & Company en Dean Owens and the Sinners hebben alvast een plekje op het affiche gekregen. Volgens organisator SPOT Groningen komen daar snel meer namen bij.
