Marc Broussard komt met een nieuwe single, 'Mood', Een groove-centrisch nummer dat zich in een aanhoudend tempo voortbeweegt, "Mood" is beschikbaar op 21 oktober.
Mede geschreven door Broussard en gitarist/producer Eric Krasno , heeft "Mood" een rinkelend refrein, een omgekeerde houding en een anthemisch arrangement. Het levert een definitief statement op over emoties die niet altijd even duidelijk zijn voor anderen.
Volledig album ‘Cherie’ van Frans-Canadese rootsmuzikant verschijnt in 2023 Theo Lawrence is terug met nieuw werk, en met zijn eerste single van de aanstaande nieuwe plaat verrast de Frans-Canadese muzikant opnieuw. Zijn liedjes zijn altijd
geworteld in de Amerikaanse rootsmuziek, maar nu verschuift het accent naar classic country. ‘Liquor & Love’ is een romantische ballad met subtiele strijkersarrangementen en
meeslepende vocalen, die je terugvoert naar de tijden van Roy Orbison en Frank Sinatra. Het nieuwe, derde album is getiteld ‘Cherie’ en verschijnt in 2023.

A Dry Scary Blue zou wel eens de meest verrassende plaat van 2022 kunnen zijn. De verantwoordelijke hiervoor, Sean Keel, is een professor aan de universiteit van Austin, Texas. Hij maakt al lang muziek, maar daar luisterde, in zijn eigen woorden, zo goed als niemand naar.

GOOD TROUBLE started as Pandemic therapy, as newlyweds Annika and Paul got together with guitarist JP Soars and drummer Chris Peet in Peet’s Florida home studio. The collaboration grew and blossomed.

Adeem Maria, ook wel bekend als Adeem the Artist, is een improv dichter, singer-songwriter en artiest. Afgelopen week heeft Adeem diens nieuwe moderne country-single Middle Of A Heart uitgebracht. Daarnaast heeft Adeem ook diens nieuwe album White Trash Revelry aangekondigd.
Toen de familie van Adeem the Artist vanuit Tennessee verhuisde naar Syracuse, in de staat New York, gebruikten Adeem songwriting als een middel om de daaruit voortvloeiende cultuurschok te verwerken.
Humor heeft altijd centraal in het leven gestaan van de singer-songwriter,
waarbij Adeem komieken Andy Kaufman en Sarah Silverman aanhaalt als artistieke invloeden naast muzikanten als John Prine en Blind Boy Fuller. Adeem merkte al snel dat het met de juiste levering donkere humor makkelijker werd om te praten over moeilijke topics. Hieruit voort kwam de inspiratie van Middle Of A Heart. Zo zegt Adeem zelf: "My parents are both from a lot of generational trauma, and I was born right at the heart of it, humor is just how we survived."

V., German hard rock titans BONFIRE finance the "Farba Project" with donations in order to help traumatized children and young people from Ukraine. Today, the band re-issued the song "Freedom Is My Belief " (originally released on their 1989-album Point Blank), now re-recorded with the current line-up. "Ever since Russia's terrible war of aggression in Ukraine started, I've been thinking again and again - how can we, Bonfire, help," BONFIRE guitarist and founding member Hans Ziller comments.
