The video, made in partnership with the Rory Gallagher Archives, and Fionn Rogers, a filmmaker based on the West Coast of Ireland, features over 28 professional and amateur Irish surfing enthusiasts, was filmed in Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Clare, and the cliffs of Moher.

Met trots kunnen we aankondigen dat de Amsterdamse band Marathon een platencontract heeft getekend bij V2 Records. De post-punkband -bestaande uit Lennart van Hulst, Kay Koopmans en Nina Lijzenga- speelde al in Paradiso en de Melkweg, deed een 3voor12-sessie (zonder nog muziek te hebben uitgebracht), won de Popprijs en kan zich nu opmaken voor de Popronde, waar ze 3voor12 en Never Mind The Hype talent zijn.

Earlier today we announced Sunjay’s new single “The Easy Blues”(released today).  Please feel free to report on the new single and accompanying music video and review the single.

“The Easy Blues is adapted from a Jelly Roll Morton piano piece called Jelly Roll Blues,” says Sunjay. “We recorded it live in one take, at the end of a days’ recording.”
“My producer suggested a lo-fi production, just three mics to capture the performance, the same way they recorded it 100 years ago. I wanted to echo the sound and feel of Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee.”

voertuigen. Doordat de Hessenweg (N340) onlangs is aangepakt, is de route iets
anders dan voorgaande jaren. Komt u op de fiets dan verandert er weinig. Maar
komt u met de auto of motor dan is het wel iets anders.
