Veel mensen noemen zijn muziek Americana, Jeffrey Halford and the Healers noemen het rock ‘n’ roll country soul “with a different shade of blue”. De in Californië woonachtige maar in Dallas geboren gitarist en singer-songwriter vertrok eind jaren '60 en '70, naar Los Angeles waarna hij zich volledig in de blues en rock ‘n’ roll scene in Oakland en San Francisco stortte. Jeffrey Halford deelden podiums met o.a. Etta James, Taj Mahal, Jimmy Cliff, Los Lobos, Guy Clark, John Hammond en Gregg Allman.

On Friday September 24th, 2021 (13:00 pm) the launch of the new video single called Walk to the River by Jeffrey Halford and the Healers.

Sun Valley Records just released Walk To The River on Spotify. It is the third in his series (Picture in my Mind and The Devil is our Man) announcing Halford’s new forthcoming album, which will be probably due in the spring of 2022. Jeffrey Halford and The Healers are coming to Europe soon. If all goes well, it is scheduled for the period from October 19th to November 9th, 2021.

Gratitude concert van Jeffrey Halford and the Healers Na een aantal zeer geslaagde concertreeksen in de regio Berg en Dal, keert Real Roots Cafe LIVE, op vrijdag 7 juni a.s. terug met een “gratitude concert” van Jeffrey Halford and the Healers. De uit San Francisco afkomstige singer-songwriter, gitarist en storyteller maakte namelijk tijdens koningsdag 2016 zijn EU live debuut in Millingen aan de Rijn. Twee album releases en vier succesvolle Europese tournees verder hebben Jeffrey Halford en zijn Healers, bestaande uit Adam Rossien Bill MacBeath (Alvin Youngblood Hart) bepaald geen windeieren gelegd. Halford maakte inderdaad, zoals muziekblad OOR drie jaar geleden al beweerde, in Nederland de nodige vrienden met de release van Rainmaker (Video) (2015). De fans namen alleen nog maar toe met de release van Lo-Fi Dreams (Video) (2017). Dankbaar, als Halford en zijn Healers zijn, stonden ze erop terug te keren naar de regio waar het ruim 3 jaar geleden LIVE allemaal begon.
