VOLTAGE komt op 2 september met langverwachte nieuwe album “TOMORROW HITS TODAY” Ook keert de band terug naar het clubcircuit in het najaar. Op 20 mei worden de tourdata bekend gemaakt.
Voor ieder wat wils uit diverse windstreken. Indie-pop vanuit België, Dialectamericana oet Grunn en Mississippi delta blues uit Denemarken.
Down in Louisiana, they do things differently. The Southern state’s musical giants have always had their own distinct recipe for American roots: spiced with jazz, steeped in swamp-blues and cooked up a little differently by every artist who performs it.
As a second-generation child of the Bayou State, Kenny Neal has taken his own inimitable guitar, gale-force harp and roadworn voice all over the globe. But in 2022, the Grammy-nominated blues master’s latest album, Straight From The Heart, finds him drawn by the siren call of his hometown and musical ground zero, Baton Rouge.

MOTIVE BLACK Premieres Video For New Single "Lift Me Up" feat. Carla Harvey of BUTCHER BABIES! The new, dramatic "fight sequence" music video for the track, "Lift Me Up," from California based alternative metal band, Motive Black (AFM Records) has just been premiered. Produced by Grammy-winner Nick Rowe (Lamb Of God, Vampire Weekend), the track showcases the talents of frontwoman Elana Justin, and features special guest Carla Harvey of Butcher Babies, on vocals. The powerful music video for "Lift Me Up" features the red hot synergy of Justin performing together with Butcher Babies' Carla Harvey in a street fighting sequence fans will want to view on repeat. Debut album from new Gulf Coast Records signing, Bennett Matteo Band, Shake the Roots, coming out May 20. “Shake the Roots is basically a mixtape of our influences with sounds that make us happy and stories about our life together,” says explosive guitarist Gino Matteo (Gino's last name is pronounced "Ma-TAYO), one-half of the duo along with powerhouse singer Jade Bennett. “We wanted to make a record grounded in blues, soul and funk with zero restrictions and this is what came out when we ‘shook the roots.’

Tulsa Tea was produced by Chris Combs and recorded at Paradise Studio at Grand Lake in nearby Tijuana, OK, the studio founded and made famous by the legendary Leon Russell. The band includes Brad Absher –guitar / vocals; Matt Martin – drums / percussion; Dylan Layton – bass; Jake Hemphill – guitar; EZ Mireles – keys; Danny Timms – Wurlitzer/Hammond organ; Charlie Redd & Briana Wright – backing vocals; and Abbie Rose – hand claps.
