Britse gitaarvirtuoos Jeff Beck (78) overleden Foto Harrie Huisman  De Britse gitarist Jeff Beck is op 78-jarige leeftijd overleden. Zijn familie laat in een verklaring weten dat hij is overleden aan een hersenvliesontsteking. Beck werd bij het grote publiek bekend in 1965 als vervanger van Eric Clapton in The Yardbirds, de band waar later ook gitarist Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin) deel van uitmaakte.
