De line-up in de Grote Zaal bestaat uit de Ierse zangeres Kaz Hawkins, die samen met haar vijfkoppige band blues, gospel en soul brengt. De Texaanse bluesgitarist en zanger Shawn Pittman treedt op met het Duits-Turkse bluestrio The Özdemirs. Uit Finland komt zangeres Ina Forsman, met haar krachtige stem brengt ze blues, jazz en stomende soul. Als vierde act staat de Amerikaanse bluesman John Primer samen met harmonicaspeler Giles Robson en band op het podium voor authentieke Chicago blues.........►►►

Het zonnetje blaakt, dus het ideale moment om de volgende namen voor Blues Peer 2022 bekend te maken. We steken tijdens het pinksterweekend de straat over en creëren een super gezellig festivalterrein rond de Deusterkapel; back to the roots!
