North Sea Jazz, we mogen weer! Zoals elk jaar besteedt de NTR uitgebreid aandacht aan het bekendste Soul & Jazz festival van Nederland. Dit keer in niet twee, maar drie live-verslagen op NPO 2. Op de vrijdagavond blikt Winfried Baijens vooruit op het weekend door terug te blikken met speciale gasten en artiesten die die avond optreden. Andrew Makkinga en nieuw gezicht Samantha Coleridge doen verslag vanaf het festivalterrein.

We willen je graag mededelen dat het concert van The Rolling Stones in Johan Cruijff ArenA Amsterdam, dat op maandag 13 juni is afgelast, is verplaatst naar donderdag 7 juli 2022.

De tijd en locatie van het evenement blijven hetzelfde.

Bluesmagazine heeft vrijdag 1 oktober 2021 de Dutch Keeping the Blues Alive Award 2020 (KBA) ontvangen. De uitreiking vond plaats te Oss tijdens het Engel Blues Festival in de Groene Engel. Daar werd Marco van Rooijen volledig verrast door de Dutch Blues Foundation en was er sprakeloos van.
