Skroetbalg are from Drenthe. For those of you not from the Netherlands, Drenthe is a province in the east of The Netherlands, which has its own dialect that is unintelligible for the rest of The Netherlands. So I guess it's a language? Anyway, these guys rock in their own mother tongue and it's full of energy!
