The Story Behind The Song
"This song came from a very raw and real moment. If you’ve ever been through a hard breakup, you’ve probably recoiled or at least have been apprehensive of a new person in your life calling you “baby” for the first time. If you stick with the song long enough, you’ll hear a descent into a bit of that madness. If you listen closely you’ll hear clashes of kitchen objects amongst sustainiac guitar & vocal wailing. We tried to capture that unsettling atmosphere of uncertainty, longing, and a bit of rage. But, it starts off as innocent as it can, as someone looking and longing for connection - perhaps before they're ready to."
We've been working hard in and out of the studio, and we can't wait to show you these new songs! Pictures by Jon Duncan // Feat. Michael Lupo (Drums), Taylor Tuke (Bass)
