It has been our privilege to work (with our good friends at Continental Record Services) with Oh Susanna on some of her enchanting albums like Short Stories, Soon The Birds and Namedropper. But to be honest we have always been jealous of the people at HOT Records or Fargo who did such an excellent job introducing this great artist to us all by promoting her Sleepy Little Sailor album.

After her debut album Johnstown that just celebrated its 20th anniversary, that is the album that catapulted her into the hearts of so many singer/songwriter fans in 2001.
So we are happy to be part of the team to introduce the Deluxe 2020 version of the Sleepy Little Sailor re-release. Sleepy Little Sailor was recorded with producer Colin Cripps at The Bathouse studio outside Kingston, Ontario in the summer of 2000.  “I was really intense and so were my songs,” the artist recalls. “I had really strong ideas about what I was communicating and I wasn’t going to veer away from my vision.”

The Deluxe version will be available digitally, on CD and on 2LPs and offers 6 new acoustic tracks.
