Melbourne's Geoff Achison is an Australian musical icon and a household name in the Australian blues scene. His blinding guitar virtuosity, wry wit and old-school work ethic mean that this fabulous artist has been treading the boards at some of Australia's biggest festivals, touring the world annually, and playing at your local for the past 30-odd years.

Geoff and his flagship musical outfit The Souldiggers are fresh out of the studio with a new track and video ‘Eyes on The Prize’ and will be launching it at The Fyrefly in St Kilda on March 20th.
The Souldiggers features Victorian session legends Roger McLachlan Gerry Pantazis and Richard Tankard, and the new single oozes old school roots-rock sounds - beginning with a snarling guitar riff and exploding into a driving groove. Geoff’s signature gruff vocals deliver sardonic lyrics and a melodic chorus and the song’s pinnacle is a jazz-inspired instrumental which showcases the soloing talents of all band members.
