Rob de Nijs is vandaag op 82-jarige leeftijd overleden. In zijn zestig jaar durende carrière heeft de zanger meer dan veertig albums uitgebracht. Met nummers als Banger hart, Malle Babbe en Jan Klaassen de trompetter laat De Nijs de Nederlandse muziekwereld klassiekers na.........

Enschedese fotograaf Herman Nijhof, die veertig jaar wereldsterren vastlegde, verongelukt tijdens NLdoet 

De Enschedese fotograaf Herman Nijhof is overleden na een noodlottig ongeval zaterdag in Lemelerveld. De Enschedeër fotografeerde veertig jaar lang de grootste popmuzikanten die op deze aardbol rondliepen en presenteerde afgelopen november zijn magnum opus '40 jaar muziekfotografie'. Herman Nijhof is 75 jaar geworden.......

Onze leraar, “Meester Linnartz”, stond bekend om zijn passie voor muziek en zang en hij besteedde daar veel aandacht aan in zijn lessen. Op een dag kondigde hij een soort van muziekwedstrijd aan waarbij we na de middagpauze onze favoriete 7” single mochten meenemen, voor degenen die deze thuis hadden......
