Weekend Rock:: The Professionals

Gevormd door Paul Cook en Steve Jones, kwamen de Professionals in 1979 op het toneel na de ondergang van de Sex Pistols, maar splitsten slechts 3 jaar later. Festivaluitzendbureau Eventure heeft faillissement aangevraagd vanwege de onzekere festivalzomer door het coronavirus. Het Nijmeegse bedrijf leverde voor veel festivals onder meer horecapersoneel en ticketscanners.

Beslissingen van het kabinet over het lot van de festivalzomer laten nog op zich wachten, maar toch vallen steeds meer schakels in die keten al weg. Een belangrijke heeft gister het doek zien vallen; festivaluitzendbureau Eventure vroeg faillissement aan. Dit bedrijf leverde een groot scala aan personeel voor een misschien nog wel groter scala aan festivals. Met de onzekerheid van komende zomer redt Eventure het echter niet.
