 LET OP: Vanwege de RIVM-maatregelen rondom het COVID19-virus en de onzekerheid over doorgang van concerten in april, hebben we besloten, samen met de artiesten het festival Roots of Heaven te verplaatsen naar DONDERDAG 25 JUNI 2020.

Voor liefhebbers van roots-, folk-, blues-, americana- en countrymuziek is  al jarenlang een begrip. Eerder traden acts als Damien Jurado, Iron & Wine, Calexico, Jason Molina, Wovenhand en Blitzen Trapper op. De afgelopen paar jaar werd Roots of Heaven succesvol in kleinere setting georganiseerd; in de Tweede Zaal en de Derde Zaal van Patronaat. Hier komen de acts nóg beter tot hun recht, en kan je tussendoor rondstruinen op de platenmarkt Roots of Heaven Bazaar. Dit jaar valt Roots of Heaven op Eerste Paasdag! I was in the UK / Ireland with playing sold out shows last week with Hayseed Dixie when everything was screeched to a coronavirus-induced halt. I couldn’t get a flight out to Australia, so instead I flew to Nashville the next day and I’m in isolation now. I feel for all of those good folks out there who have lost jobs and income. I’m lucky to be fit and healthy. Even though I have no work ahead for an unknown amount of time, I'm smiling and working on new music every day.
