Bökkers is zonder twijfel de hardst werkende band in de ingedutte vaderlandse showbussiness. Al jaren tourt de Sallandse rockband langs de meest van god verlaten, waaierige uithoeken van ons land om daar een ongekend dampend feest te vieren met originele rock-krakers als Annie uut de Bochte, Baat Het Niet Dan Schaadt Het Niet, Jezus en Iederene Hef een Reden.
Inner Sanctum werd op 27 en 28 juli 2018 opgenomen in het Royal Opera House in Londen. Met deze adembenemende en visueel verbluffende show stond het iconische duo in 2016 voor het eerst in het Opera House naar aanleiding van het toen net verschenen album Super. Toen waren de vier avonden binnen no-time uitverkocht en ook in juli 2018 was er voor de vier shows in een mum van tijd geen kaart meer te krijgen.
DENNIS BRENNAN has been acclaimed as one of Boston’s best singer-songwriters for longer than most locals can remember. The music on Brennan’s many albums falls loosely into the Roots Rock/Americana category, but his songs have always been clearly influenced by his deep and esoteric love and knowledge of Blues and Soul music. For a few years now Brennan has held down a weekly dive-bar residency with a brilliant band of simpatico players dubbed “DENNIS BRENNAN and the WHITE OWLS,” just to celebrate and explore their take on the blues.
