Eerste namen voor 27e editie Culemborg Blues Zoals ieder jaar maakt Stichting Culemborg Blues in maart de eerste bands bekend voor het jaarlijkse gratis Bluesfestival wat plaats vindt op de vierde zaterdag in augustus.

Voor de 27e editie zijn inmiddels vastgelegd: Laurence Jones (UK), Troy Redfern (UK), Wille and the Bandits (UK), Harlem Lake XXL, Electric Hollers en Robbert Duijf. Laurence Jones (UK) Laurence Jones is terug op Culemborg Blues.

Dit jaar is Laurence de afsluitende act op het hoofdpodium, net als in 2017. Sindsdien heeft Laurence zich ontwikkeld tot een van de populairste gitaristen van de UK. Drie jaar op rij kreeg hij de “Young Artist Of The Year” award, waardoor hij is opgenomen in de “British Blues Hall of Fame”.
