Met The Rolling Stones – Unzipped, die vanaf 30 juni te zien is in Groningen, en The Art of Hipgnosis: Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Genesis, Paul McCartney, Peter Gabriel & 10cc in het eerste kwartaal belooft 2023 een muzikaal jaar te worden in het museum. In 2020 was The Rolling Stones – Unzipped slechts vier weken open in verband met de coronapandemie. Goed nieuws dus voor bezoekers die de tentoonstelling toen gemist hebben.

De tentoonstelling The Rolling Stones – Unzipped wordt met een maand verlengd tot en met 28 maart 2021. De populaire expositie over de wereldberoemde rockband zou oorspronkelijk tot en met 28 februari te zien zijn in het Groninger Museum. Nu het museum langer gesloten blijft vanwege de maatregelen rond het coronavirus, is besloten de tentoonstelling te verlengen zodat straks zo veel mogelijk mensen alsnog de kans krijgen om te komen kijken.
