Troy Redfern’s new single “Come On” and forthcoming studio album “The Wings of Salvation” (released by RED7 Records on September 23^rd).  The single is out today, as is the accompanying music video.

Troy’s blues-rock slide guitar playing on “Come On” is riveting. The sing-along chorus is infectious. There’s a definite T. Rex guitar boogie vibe here. The Sweet must have rubbed off on Troy when he toured with them last year.

The single is released today and is accompanied with a fantastic hi-octane blues-rock slide guitar music video which you can share on your website.  Health Warning! The new album is released on yellow and red splatter vinyl.

Prakash Slim werd geboren diep in de blues. Geboren in een klein dorpje in Nepal, stierf zijn vader op negenentwintigjarige leeftijd, zijn moeder achterlatend met drie kinderen die ze alleen moest opvoeden. Slim begon oude bluesplaten te horen toen hij een kind was, en hij speelde voor het eerst muziek door te drummen op een set waterkannen, en hij zong de hele dag op de beat. Soms maakte hij zijn moeder bijna gek.
