BACK TO THE RECORDING STUDIO 

It's time to record the follow up to 2023 release The Flame, which received airplay on 70+ stations across the U.S., Canada, and U.K. We’ll be in the studio in March to record eight songs for the yet unnamed album due out in early summer. Thrilled that bassist Steven C Manns and drummer Mike Gee will again be on this recording.  FUN FACT: Steven and Mike have been lifelong friends since meeting in 4th grade. This powerful album is a testament to the strength and resilience of the human spirit - aributes that embody her own 'North of 40' journey, itself ignited by the closing of Lincoln College in Central IL.  “The closing was a shock to everyone as the college had been around for 157 years,” said La Grassa, who led the Music Program. “It was then I decided to follow my own dream by focusing full-me on songwring and performance.”
