BLUESMAGAZINE’S WEEKLY PLAYLIST 76 Bluesmagazine’s weekly playlist is een gevarieerde lijst met onder andere tips van de luisteraars. Er is verder muziek met een link naar Bluesmagazine (releases, recensies, concert reviews) en daarna is de keuze gigantisch. De playlist is voor de luisteraar, naast het lezen van Bluesmagazine en andere Blues websites, een manier om nieuwe artiesten en hun muziek te leren kennen.Samenstelling: Jos Verhagen Na maanden droog te hebben gestaan de eerste stappen naar de blues optredens en festivals weer gezet, twee weken terug was Culemborg Blues die toch moeten afbreken. Deze week Jefrrey Halford en Bluesrock Tegelen. Chickenbone Slim only picked up the guitar in 2011 after many years of playing bass and singing in San Diego bands. He's worked with dozens of musicians, including San Diego blues legend Tomcat Courtney, Big Jon Atkinson and Scottie Blinn, as well as in his own bands, The Boogiemen and Jinxking. He started Chickenbone Slim & the Biscuits in 2013 as a way of strengthening his own vision of the blues. His debut CD in 2016 was nominated as Best Blues Recording in the San Diego Music Awards that year.
