While the title might give the impression of it being a downer, something bluesy and sad, the song itself is the opposite. “Hard Times” is a melodic upbeat tune with both Ida Vollmer (lead singer/rhythm guitarist) and Cim Dahlle (lead guitarist) on lead vocals.
