Op 12 Mei 2022 kwam  eindelijk de nieuwe single en clip “Walk the line uit”, als voorloper op het nieuwe album “Break the silence” die 27 mei 2022 released werd.

Blueminded is a Dutch band, founded in 2012 by guitarplayer and composer Jörgen Koenen. As he had been recording his own songs at home, he wanted to bring these compositions to life and record these songs in a professional studio. Jörgen contacted some experienced musicians/friends and Blueminded was born.

 They have released a selftitled EP in 2014 and in the next years 2 full-length albums called “Seize the day” and “When lights fade…” saw the light. On May 12, 2022, they will release their new single and clip “Walk the line”, and later on, May 27, 2022, their third album “Break the silence” will finally be released. The combination of the 80’s pop/rock and modern contemporary styles makes the sound of Blueminded unique and recognizable. It’s influenced bij music of great artists such as Peter Gabriel, Sting, U2, Simple Minds, The Police, Genesis, Coldplay, Mr. Mister, Muse etc. Blueminded can’t wait to hit the road again after a forced break of more than 2 years due to Covid-19. But finally, the first gigs for 2022 have been booked already and they’re thrilled to play some new material from their third album finally!
