Het festivalprogramma omvat Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, Blues-Funk, Soul, Latin, Boogaloo, Neo-Soul en Neo-Jazz. Veel stijlen met als kenmerk de zogenoemde ‘Blue Notes’. De Nieuwe Kolk presenteert het programma van 11 bands op 3 podia tijdens CROSSROADS, waarbij de bezoeker keer op keer verrast zal worden hoe deze bijzondere mix aan stijlen worden samengebracht.
