Elizabeth Cook returns with Great Television, her first studio album since Aftermath (2020). For more than two decades, Cook has forged her own path beyond mainstream country, establishing herself as one of the most authentic and compelling voices in Americana.

Produced by Shooter Jennings and recorded with her live band at the legendary Sunset Sound Studios in Los Angeles, Great Television is a powerful blend of country, Americana and rock ’n’ roll. Across the album, Cook combines deeply personal stories with overlooked moments from American history, exploring themes such as media influence, identity, addiction, loss, resilience and social inequality.

The release coincides with The Easy Kind, a hybrid documentary that offers an intimate portrait of Cook’s life and career. Together, the album and film showcase an artist who has always remained true to her own vision, regardless of industry expectations.
