MAN RABID is the microtonal side project of Swedish heavy metal musician Tony Jelencovich Aaberg, known from Transport League, M.A.N and Mnemic. Using custom 19-EDO syntonic temperament guitar and bass, MAN RABID explores warped riffs, dissonant grooves and intense vocals outside standard tuning, carving out an unsettling, forward-pushing take on heavy music. The first EP, "The Messiah Complex I", will be released in 2026.
