“The Well” is a song which Tim Ambler found himself writing whilst playing around with some blues riffs on acoustic guitar one day. The song is somewhat of a departure for him -- not a being a genre in which he has often written. The line 'I can't turn my back on you' kick started the song into life, and the lyric eventually moves from themes of love into deeper spiritual awakenings.
