With his adventurous attitude, the British-Norwegian singer and guitarist breathes new fire into song structures sourced from the blues, R&B, and rock 'n' roll. And he's not alone: A host of international guests including Tommy Castro (US), Will Wilde (UK) DeWolf’s Pablo van de Poel (NL), Hans Theessink (AU/NL), Ida Maria (NO), Tora Daa (NO) and more join the members of his Norwegian trio The Vikings feat. The result is a recording brimming with team spirit and a palpable live feeling. "We had a very small window to write and record this album," says Matthews.
