Hoewel het langzaam beter met me gaat, willen ze mijn herstel niet overhaasten en mijn lichaam niet te snel belasten.

Helaas moet Laurence Jones zijn NL-tournee in maart 2026 annuleren. Dit op strikt doktersadvies. Laurence zegt: "Mijn artsen hebben me geadviseerd dat het op dit moment te veel stress voor mijn lichaam zou zijn vanwege mijn ziekte van Crohn. Hoewel het langzaam beter met me gaat, willen ze mijn herstel niet overhaasten en mijn lichaam niet te snel belasten. Bedankt voor jullie begrip in deze moeilijke tijd. 

Ik vind het vreselijk om shows te moeten annuleren, maar mijn gezondheid gaat voor. Ik kom terug en ik ben blij te kunnen aankondigen dat ik in september 2026 drie speciale tourdata zal geven om dit goed te maken. Ik zal dan sterker en fit genoeg zijn om de tour te doen. 

Kaarthouders krijgen hun ticket voor Grolloo volledig terugbetaald, of ze kunnen hun ticket voor Arnhem behouden voor de nieuwe datum, 23 september. Excuses voor het ongemak en nogmaals bedankt voor jullie voortdurende steun.

Unfortunately Laurence Jones has to cancel his March 2026 NL tour dates. Under strict drs orders. Laurence says “I have been advised by my drs that it will be too much stress on my body for my Crohn’s disease at this current time and although I am slowly getting better they don’t want to rush my recovery and push my body too soon. Thank you to all for understanding in this difficult time. I hate to cancel shows but my health must comes first. I will be back and I am excited to say that I will be doing 3 special tour dates in September 2026 to make up for this and will be stronger and well enough to do the tour. Ticket holders will be given a full refund (for Grolloo full refund) or you can keep the Arnhem ticket for the new rescheduled date 23/09. Sorry for any inconvenience and again thank you for your continued support. I can’t wait to play the blues for you”. LJ
