GA-20 deliver their new album ORPHANS via Colemine world-wide on CD, Vinyl, and digital. The band has carefully put together a selection of Blues (and blues-influenced) tracks that perfectly align with their vintage yet modern style. These unique songs are show favorites, available as digital singles, or treasured tunes that band members—Matthew Stubbs on guitar, Cody Nilsen on guitar and vocals, and Josh Kiggans on drums—have been eager to record. Responding to fan desire for a complete release of these songs, this album not only satisfies that demand but also highlights Nilsen’s impressive vocals and guitar skills in tangible form. And just as Blues is a tradition of borrowing, sharing and transformation, these melodies and words are similarly reinterpreted and reimagined—orphans and strays lovingly adopted and given new breath.

The band uses vintage instruments and amps to produce their authentic sound, and favours traditional recording techniques, like recording live off the floor, together in one room, to help recreate that energy and sonic connection.
