The album is about embracing life as it is, with all its contradictions, beauty, and chaos. The songs were recorded live, filled with real human energy and emotion. While optimistic in tone, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows; it’s honest, grounded, and at times raw. Each track carries a subtle tension without ever feeling heavy, inviting listeners to pause and appreciate the world’s beauty. Tripping Over Time feels like one big celebration of joy, laced with a bittersweet, happy-sad energy.

“Recording in our own studio for the first time gave us the freedom to slow down and really experiment, without the pressure of expensive studio time. It blurred the line between writing and recording, giving us a sense of freedom and an experimental spirit where we could chase ideas as they happened.”
