Debuutalbum ‘Que Se Passe-t-il’ verschijnt op 20 februari 2026

Lézard serveert met ‘How Does It Feel?’ instant good vibrations, met een frisse, puntige groove die knipoogt naar de dampende pop-funk van – héél even onbescheiden – David Byrne en Bowie’s ‘Young Americans’. Productie is on point, getekend Bert Vliegen (Whispering Sons, Meltheads, DIRK., …). Zanger Neil Claes nam, samen met Bert, de mix voor zijn rekening.

“Lézard is Europe’s Hottest Indie Sensation” lazen we ergens na hun wervelende middernachtshow in de 25 Club op Hamburgs Reeperbahn (september). Een treffende omschrijving.

Maar ga het vooral zelf ontdekken op ESNS in Groningen, woensdag 14 januari. Of in Brussel, Antwerpen, Gent, Amsterdam of Parijs waar het vijftal hun debuutalbum ‘Que Se Passe-t-il?’, dat op 20 februari verschijnt, komt voorstellen.

Belgian post-punk outfit Lézard returns with new single ‘How Does It Feel?’

Debut album ‘Que Se Passe-t-il’ out on 20 Feb 2026

One of Europe’s hottest post-punk outfits Lézard has dropped a key track from their forthcoming debut album, Que Se Passe-t-il, out on 20 February. ‘How Does It Feel?’ is the groovy kind of post-pop David Byrne has for breakfast.

Lézard has built a reputation for spectacle on stages both home and abroad, including festivals slots at Reeperbahn (DE), MaMA (FR), Radiance (FR), The Great Escape (UK), Best Kept Secret (NL) and Pukkelpop (BE). 

In 2026, Lézard will take Que Se Passe-t-il to stages across Europe, kicking off at ESNS (14 Jan), followed by release shows in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France.
