Ron Hendee has been playing trumpet professionally since age fourteen. His favorite music genres are blues, soul, funk, and spiritual music. He has been a permanent fixture in the Pacific Northwest performing with local, national, and international artist for over four decades as a musician and vocalist.

He is a consummate singer/songwriter who through the years has gained the ability to craft compelling melodies, lyrics, and engaging stories that connect with listeners on an emotional level. His grainy, bluesy, and sometimes gravelly voice is a hit with audiences. Ron has worked as a musician, vocalist, horn arranger, and songwriter with artists such as Tommy Castro, Dr. John, and many others.

He completed his latest album, “Love One Another” last year with producer, Larry D.Batiste and his team of musicians and engineers from Oakland, CA. The songs on this album give the listeners a glimpse into Ron’s journey, testimony of his life’s
experiences, and gratitude for the challenges, victories, blessings, and hope for the future of the world.
