New Single: Lovesick - Goin' Down

LOVESICK, OUT 'GOIN' DOWN', SINGLE AND MUSIC VIDEO OF THE NEW SONG RECORDED IN LOS ANGELES

Goin' Down is a song of forgiveness, which wants to see life from a different perspective. There are always two sides to the same coin, metaphorically two points of view. A phrase in the song, which talks about a love relationship that has ended, says: «...if I’ve done to you what you’ve done to me I would set you free», so I wouldn't hold a grudge.

The Lovesick chose this single to anticipate the new album, because the energy that 'Goin' Down' releases fully represents them. «It's one of the most heartfelt songs on our next album. We have already played it in concerts this season and the meaning of it is really important to us. 'Don't hold a grudge' and 'forgiveness' are simple concepts to understand but difficult to apply in everyday life."

THE SONG 'GOIN' DOWN' AND THE MUSIC VIDEO

Goin' Down was recorded in Los Angeles with the artistic production of Fabrizio Grossi. Supporting Paolo Roberto Pianezza (vocals, guitar and lap steel) and Francesca Alinovi (double bass and vocals) is Alessandro Cosentino (violin and vocals).

The music video of the song was entirely made in Los Angeles, California during the recording sessions of the new album, directed and edited by Claudio Maria Cioffi. The Lovesick comment: «We wanted to shoot a sort of documentary of this intense experience overseas to try to share and give you back the magic of those weeks that were unforgettable for us».
