Layla Zoe - Back to the Spirit of 66 Release September 29, 2023 In 2023 after three years away from the stage 'Canada's Darling of the Blues, Layla Zoe, returned on tour with friends and musicians Krissy Matthews (guitar), Felix Dehmel (drums), and Paul Jobson (keys and bass) to remind fans that she is here to stay. Performing songs from some of her greatest albums 'Gemini", "Breaking Free" and 'The World Could Change,' Layla Zoe sealed her spot in '"bluesrock royalty" singing from a roar to a whisper and mesmerising audiences all over Europe.

After thirty concerts in 6 countries the tour ended in one of the best known
blues and rock venues in Europe, "Spirit of 66" in Verviers, Belgium where Layla
recorded "Live at Spirit of 66" in 2015 released by Henrik Freischlader's Cable Car
Records label. 

Now join Layla Zoe and her incredible band on this return to the
stage through this beautiful live double album, recorded, mixed and mastered by
Martin Meinschaefer. "Back to the Spirit of 66" is undeniably Layla Zoe's best live
