Goed nieuws! Het nieuwe Garrett T. Capps & Nasa Country “People Are Beautiful” album is vanaf heden verkrijgbaar bij Sonic Rendezvous en dat is eerder dan verwacht.

Garrett T. Capps uit San Antonio, Texas wil de countrymuziek veranderen, zoals eerder Gram Parsons dat deed. Het leverde hem tot dusverre, met name in Nederland, een groot aantal trouwe fans op die graag onderdeel wilden zijn van Capps' revolutie. Op People Are Beautiful zet hij een nieuwe stap. Zijn band draagt nu de naam NASA Country en de muziek is deze keer niet alleen geworteld in de country, maar net zo stevig in Krautrock en in de elektronische experimenten van de vroege Steve Miller Band. Capps is nu echt een Space Cowboy. Acht heel goede liedjes, die soms, zoals in Time Will Tell, op fantastische wijze ontaarden in Neu!-achtige jams. People Are Beautiful is een zeldzaam avontuurlijke en fascinerende prachtplaat!
