Harpyie have set to release their new album “Minnewar” on June 25th, 2021, via Metalville Records.

Almost exactly two years after the very successful predecessor “Aurora”, Harpyie take on the biggest hits of the scene on “Minnewar” and modify them with sounds and instruments from their own sound kitchen. Hard, modern and uncompromising, but always with the aim of preserving the essence of the renowned masterpieces.

When, for example, the bagpipe anthems of Saltatio Mortis and In Extremo get an update of a very special kind with bursting metalcore breaks, an exciting new sound cocktail is created for all genre fans and beyond.

Harpyie reinterpret, but never forget the origin and essence of the songs, of which they are fans themselves. “Minnewar” is a tribute to a music scene that is constantly growing and will be heard louder and louder in the future.
