This is the first time we send out one of our newsletters just to introduce a single. But we feel that the upcoming album from Kai Strauss and his Electric Blues All Stars is so good that it deserves all the special attention we can get.

KAI STRAUSS is an exceptionally talented blues player and singer, crossing any imaginable border with his versatile yet authentic approach of the blues. He listens to and learns from the masters but while their specific styles may be recognized in Kai's performances he incorporates them into his own sound.  

First as an anchor man in Memo Gonzalez' Bluescasters and the last decade in his own right Kai Strauss has garnered loads of praise from music fans, music critics, industry professionals and blues organisations alike, winning numerous German Blues Awards along the way.
