Brett Benowitz is geboren in Newport Beach, Californië op 23 oktober 1988. hij begon al vroeg op te zingen en piano spelen en pakte later de gitaar op en begon liedjes te schrijven. Brett werd getroffen op funk, rock, soul and blues en toen hij 20 was studeerde hij in Israël waar hij zijn originele liedjes in bars en clubs met zijn gitaar ten gehore te brengen..
Daar besloot hij om muziek zijn missie te maken en na twee jaar later aan de universiteit van Georgië, verhuisde Brett naar New York City om muziek en theater te volgen. Op 15 april liet Brett zijn debuut EP "one" en toerde door New York, Georgië, Tennessee, Louisiana en Texas om het te promoten. Brett wordt beïnvloed door de Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jimi Hendrix, Jack White, Jeff Buckley, Jim Morrison, Frank Sinatra, and Robert Plant.

Brett Benowitz was born in Newport Beach, California on October 23rd 1988. He grew up listening to his mom sing Patsy Cline and Bob Dylan on the piano, and his dad play The Doors and The Grateful Dead on the radio. He started singing and playing piano at an early age and later picked up the guitar and began to write songs. Brett was drawn to funk, rock, soul, and blues, and when he was 20 he studied abroad in Israel where he performed his original songs in bars and clubs with his guitar duo band, Lechem V’Dagan (Bread and Wheat). There he decided to make music his mission in life, and after graduating from The University of Georgia two years later, Brett moved to New York City to pursue music and theatre. On April 15, Brett released his debut EP called "ONE" and toured through New York, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas to promote it. Brett is influenced by the The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jimi Hendrix, Jack White, Jeff Buckley, Jim Morrison, Frank Sinatra, and Robert Plant. Currently Brett is touring the USA with Rockin Road to Dublin as the Lead Male Vocalist.
