(Van Halen - Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love  Geschreven door: Henk Laing  Ik was zeventien toen Nederland voor het eerst kennismaakte met een totaal nieuw geluid: Van Halen. Wat een verrassing! Vooral de opening van het nummer “Runnin’ With The Devil”.  Voordat de zang begon, kreeg die opbouwende sound je al meteen rechtop. Het trok je aandacht en je wist gelijk: hier gebeurt iets bijzonders. Als ik dat nummer op de zondagmiddag draaide, zag je meteen aan de gezichten van de bezoekers een blik van herkenning, een subtiel knikje, alsof ze zeiden: “Ja, dit is gaaf!”
